Executive coaching
This is a six-month, one-to-one programme for directors, senior managers and founders who are responsible for teams of ten or more. Your coach is matched based on industry background: we have coaches with direct experience in financial services, manufacturing, technology, healthcare and the public sector.
Sessions happen every two weeks, each lasting 90 minutes. Between sessions your coach is available by email for quick questions or to review a specific document (a restructuring proposal, a difficult email you are drafting, a board presentation).
What the programme covers
- Decision-making frameworks: how to make faster, more defensible calls when the data is incomplete
- Difficult conversations: practice scripts and role-plays for performance issues, redundancies and peer conflicts
- Strategic planning: translating a three-year vision into quarterly priorities your team can actually execute
- Stakeholder management: reading a room, building alliances and handling pushback from boards or investors
- Personal sustainability: recognising early signs of burnout and restructuring your week before it becomes a crisis
At weeks 8, 16 and 24 your coach writes a structured progress review. You choose whether to share it with your line manager or keep it private. Either way, it gives you a written record of where you started and what has shifted.
Team workshops
Two-day workshops for intact teams of eight to twelve people. We run these at your office, or we can arrange a venue if you prefer to get the team out of their usual environment. The fee includes all materials, a pre-workshop diagnostic survey and a 30-day follow-up call with the team leader.
Before the workshop, every participant fills in a 15-minute online survey about how the team communicates, makes decisions and handles disagreement. We use the aggregated results (anonymous individual responses) to shape the agenda, so the two days address the actual friction points rather than generic content.
Workshop topics
- Conflict resolution: identifying the difference between productive tension and destructive conflict, and practising structured ways to surface disagreements early
- Delegation and accountability: mapping who owns what, clarifying handoff points, and agreeing how to flag when something is slipping
- Feedback culture: building the habit of regular, specific feedback that people actually act on, rather than saving everything for an annual review
- Meeting discipline: reducing meeting load by 30% or more through clearer agendas, decision logs and async alternatives
Every participant leaves with a personal 90-day action plan. At the 30-day mark, our facilitator joins a team call to check progress and troubleshoot anything that has stalled.
Emerging leaders programme
Twelve weeks, designed for people who have been promoted into their first management role in the last year, or who are about to be. Groups of eight to ten participants meet weekly for two-hour sessions, either in person in our Newton Blick office or via video call.
Each participant is paired with a mentor from our alumni network: someone who completed the programme at least two years ago and now manages a team of their own. Mentors commit to one 45-minute call per fortnight and are available by message between calls.
Week-by-week structure
- Weeks 1 to 3: identity shift. What changes when you move from doing the work to leading the people who do the work. Common traps (doing everything yourself, avoiding tough calls, trying to stay friends with everyone).
- Weeks 4 to 6: hiring and onboarding. How to write a job description that attracts the right candidates, how to interview without relying on gut feeling, and how to structure someone's first 90 days.
- Weeks 7 to 9: performance management. Setting clear expectations, giving feedback that changes behaviour, and handling underperformance before it poisons the rest of the team.
- Weeks 10 to 12: operational basics. Budgeting for your team, running meetings that people want to attend, and managing upward so your own manager knows what you need.
How an engagement works
From first contact to programme completion, here is what to expect.
Discovery call (30 minutes, free)
We ask about your team size, the challenges you are facing, and what success would look like. You ask us anything. No slides, no pitch deck. If we think another provider would be a better fit, we will say so.
Proposal and scoping
Within five working days we send a written proposal: recommended programme, timeline, fees and coach or facilitator bios. We include at least two options at different price points so you can choose the depth that fits your budget.
Pre-programme diagnostic
For workshops and the emerging leaders programme, participants complete a short online survey. For executive coaching, the coachee fills in a self-assessment and optionally invites two or three colleagues to provide 360-degree input.
Programme delivery
Sessions run on the agreed schedule. Your dedicated programme manager checks in with you (the sponsor) at regular intervals to make sure the work is landing.
Review and next steps
At the end of the programme we share a summary report covering participation, key themes and recommendations. Many clients choose to run a follow-up programme six months later to reinforce what was learned and tackle the next layer of challenges.

Every engagement is scoped individually, but these figures give you a realistic starting point. All prices exclude VAT.
