Leadership Development
for people who are already good at their jobs

You don't need another motivational keynote. You need a structured programme that changes how your senior team makes decisions, handles conflict, and builds trust across departments. That's what we do, from our base in Scotland, for organisations across the UK.

Four phases, twelve weeks, real change

1. Diagnostic interviews

We sit down with each participant and their direct reports for 45-minute structured interviews. No personality quizzes. We want to hear specific stories about recent decisions: what went well, what caused friction, and what was left unsaid. This gives us a baseline that generic surveys cannot.

2. Live cohort sessions

Groups of six to eight leaders meet for three half-day sessions over six weeks. Each session centres on a single leadership tension: pace versus thoroughness, autonomy versus alignment, candour versus psychological safety. Participants work through real scenarios from their own organisations, not case studies about companies they'll never visit.

3. One-to-one coaching

Between cohort sessions, every participant gets two 60-minute coaching conversations. These are practical: we pick one behaviour to change, design a small experiment, and review what happened. Most participants say this is where the real shift occurs.

4. Impact review

At week twelve we repeat the diagnostic interviews with the same direct reports. We compile a before-and-after report for each participant and a team-level summary for the sponsoring executive. This is how we measure whether the programme worked, and it is how we hold ourselves accountable.

Programmes built around the problems you actually have

Senior team alignment

For executive teams of four to ten who make decisions together but don't always agree on priorities. We facilitate honest conversations about strategy, role boundaries, and communication habits. Most teams complete this in eight weeks.

New manager foundations

Designed for people promoted into their first management role within the last year. Covers delegation, giving feedback that people actually hear, and managing former peers without awkwardness. We run this as an open cohort four times a year.

Cross-functional leadership

When your organisation restructures or launches a major project, people who've never worked together need to lead together quickly. This programme pairs live workshops with structured peer-coaching triads. We tailor every engagement to the specific teams involved.

Individual executive coaching

Six or twelve sessions for a single leader facing a specific challenge: a difficult board relationship, a turnaround, a transition into a bigger role. Sessions run fortnightly, either in person in Scotland or by video.

Before you get in touch

We find six to eight participants is the sweet spot. Fewer than five and the group dynamics thin out. More than ten and people don't get enough airtime. If your organisation has twenty people to develop, we split them into parallel cohorts and stagger start dates by two weeks.
Yes. About half our cohorts run entirely by video, and many mix in-person and remote sessions. We do recommend at least one face-to-face meeting if participants haven't worked together before, because trust builds faster when people share a room. For individual coaching, video works perfectly well from session one.
Pricing depends on the programme format and the number of participants. A twelve-week cohort for eight leaders typically falls between £18,000 and £26,000, including diagnostics, coaching sessions, and the impact review. Individual executive coaching starts at £350 per session. We quote after a discovery call so you get a number that matches your actual scope.
We work across the UK and occasionally in mainland Europe. Our facilitators are based in Scotland, so for in-person engagements south of Edinburgh we add a small travel charge. Remote programmes carry no location premium at all.
At the start we run structured interviews with each participant's direct reports. At week twelve we repeat those interviews and compare the responses. The sponsoring executive receives a report showing what shifted and where gaps remain. We also ask participants to self-rate on five specific behaviours at the beginning and end. Both data sets feed into a single impact summary.

A discovery call takes about 30 minutes. We'll ask about the challenge you're trying to solve, the people involved, and your timeline. If we think we can help, we'll follow up with a written proposal within five working days. No obligation either way.
